2 Breakfast Plates with pancakes, Italian sausage, to eggs over medium

If money could talk, it would say spend me at Ms. Biscuit. Breakfast items contained little to no grease and had flavor that will keep you in your seat. Belgian-sized pancakes, that had me almost biting my tongue. The pancakes where made with batter that melted in my mouth. The eggs where prepared until a dandelion color. The most fickle person would not argue with the Chef. The cheese, in my scrambled eggs, was evenly spread. This is one of the first things I pay attention to when ordering restaurant food.

Menu Selection

The menu contained a wide assortment of hometown favorites, as well as stick to your ribs southern traditional’s. Meats ranged from: corn beef hash (prepared crunchy or regular), bacon, sausage (patties or links) to lunch favorites such as burgers, chicken salads, and hot dogs. Ms. Biscuit’s is the perfect place to enjoy your Sunday newspaper with Texas toast and coffee. The coffee was fresh and more than rivals Dunkin’ Doughnuts or Starbucks. That is my “Amsterdam statement”! Service was prompt and courteous. The ambiance and freshness of this 11 year old restaurant, which held pictures on its walls of historic Chicago greatness, is enough to keep me repeating visits. Stay turned for a pizza review of the Dyleon’s Pizzeria inside of Ms. Biscuit. Enjoy luxury goodness the way food aught to be prepared.
